Job summary

YSQ International in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Factory Engineer to oversee the brewery production plant's maintenance and reliability. You will manage core systems, supervise a maintenance team and lead improvement projects, ensuring safety and data-driven decisions.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering and 5–6 years in factory maintenance, with ERP and MS Office proficiency to support reporting and optimization efforts.

Qualifications

5–6 years of solid working experience in factory engineering and maintenance management.
Preferably in F&B, brewery or manufacturing industries.
Proficient in ERP system operation and Microsoft Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle maintenance and routine inspection of all brewery equipment and systems.
Lead and execute factory engineering improvement and upgrade projects.
Establish and update maintenance SOPs and preventive schedules.
Monitor equipment operation, analyze failures and improve OEE.
Supervise maintenance team and coordinate resources.
Prepare management reports and analyze maintenance costs and trends.
Ensure safety compliance with industrial standards.
