Tea Garden Management Sdn. Bhd.

is seeking an experienced branding and marketing professional to lead brand strategy, integrated campaigns, promotions, product launches, and Local Store Marketing activities across our Malaysian restaurant network. You will develop annual and quarterly plans, manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, plan opening activities, and build brand activations in collaboration with operations, finance, and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of branding and marketing experience.
• Experience in F&B, FMCG, hospitality, or multi-outlet retail preferred.
• Strong background in integrated campaigns, promotions, brand activation, new product launches, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Good analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Plan new outlet opening activities.
• Handle brand activations and partnerships.
• Support FMCG/product marketing.
• Analyse market and competitor trends.
• Manage budgets and ROI.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, agencies, and vendors.
