Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior marketing leader to plan and execute brand, trade and product marketing initiatives across Malaysia.

You will drive campaigns that strengthen brand preference, boost store traffic and support sales growth. You will oversee marketing for HORECA, own-brand products, store launches and local initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across channels and measurable business impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years in marketing/advertising with integrated campaigns in retail chains and/or FMCG.
• Strong commercial acumen with measurable business results.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Proven leadership to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proactive, collaborative and detail-oriented with ownership.
• Commitment to innovation and campaign learnings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an integrated marketing plan with budgets and KPIs.
• Translate brand positioning into compelling communications.
• Lead marketing for HORECA, own-brand products and store campaigns.
• Oversee in-store media, POS, outdoor and digital channels.
• Guide creative briefs and oversee production timeline.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Store Ops, insights and agencies.
• Evaluate campaigns against KPIs and optimize ROI.
• Manage allocated budgets and resources.
• Lead and develop the brand marketing team.
