Overview

Branding & Communications - Associate / Senior Associate

The Associate / Senior Associate, Branding & Communications will support the planning, development, and execution of branding, communications, and public relations strategies to strengthen Think City’s visibility, reputation, and community impact. The role involves content creation, media engagement, event management, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Support and execute branding, communications, and PR strategies across digital, print, and events.
  • Manage content creation for media, website, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Coordinate with third-party partners, vendors, and media to ensure effective implementation.
  • Plan and deliver PR programmes, media engagements, and corporate events.
  • Support marketing and communications for flagship programmes and initiatives.
  • Provide internal communications support, including drafting key messages, speeches, and presentations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
Experience
  • Associate level: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Senior Associate level: 4–6 years of relevant experience, with some leadership exposure.
Type of Experience
  • Experience in branding, PR, media relations, or event management preferred.
  • Proficiency in design and digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an added advantage.
  • PR agency or FMCG industry experience, with strong knowledge in the use of various distribution channels, particularly electronic delivery, online, website, and social media.
  • Experience in supporting Marketing Communications campaigns, including development, execution, and event coordination.
  • Experience in preparing training materials or assisting in training delivery.
