Job summary

You will support frontline sales activities and promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition. The role involves market research, creating sales materials, reports, lead tracking, and coordinating front desk operations and events. • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing team to ensure brand consistency
• Monitor content performance and assist in simple reporting and analysis
• Support sales activities and promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal sales events and promotions
• Assist with reservation arrangements and coordinate closely with the front desk team
• Handle customer enquiries at the front desk reception counter
• Manage customer requests and assist in problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support tourism and cultural product promotion through sales channels and events
• Conduct market research and basic analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Assist in preparing sales materials, reports, and lead tracking
• Support day-to-day sales and front desk operations as required
