Job summary

ASIATIC MARINE DISTRIBUTION (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a responsible Product Executive to own assigned brands and product categories, guiding them from day-to-day operations through to marketing, stock planning and sales support.

You will manage stock, coordinate with suppliers on pricing and new products, maintain listings and product information, and assist the sales team with product knowledge. Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma or degree in business-related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in product management, purchasing, sales or marketing will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple products at the same time.
• Comfortable working with suppliers, sales staff and customers.
• Willing to learn about marine products and technical products.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned brands and product categories
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment or reordering
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability and new products
• Maintain product pricing, specifications and product information
• Plan and coordinate product promotions and marketing activities
• Support the sales team with product information and product knowledge
• Prepare and maintain online product listings
• Coordinate product packaging, labelling and presentation
• Monitor sales performance and stock movement
• Identify slow-moving products and recommend promotional activities
• Assist with new product launches
• Ensure brochures, catalogues, displays and marketing materials are updated
• Maintain proper product records and documentation
• Perform other product-related duties as assigned
