ASIATIC MARINE DISTRIBUTION (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales team.

You will drive monthly and yearly targets, develop strategies to expand revenue and market share, and manage key customers, dealers and partners. The role requires strong leadership and negotiation skills, willingness to travel, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales performance.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in marine, automotive, machinery, technical products or a related industry.
• Previous experience managing a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with good commercial and business awareness.
• Able to develop new customers while maintaining existing key accounts.
• Good planning, reporting and follow-up discipline.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of sales performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
• Manage key customers, dealers and business partners
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new dealer and customer accounts
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, quotations and follow-up activities
• Conduct regular sales reviews and ensure the team maintains proper customer follow-up
• Work closely with management on pricing, promotions, stock planning and sales programmes
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide solutions based on their requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
• Coordinate with admin, warehouse and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service
