Job summary

Adecco Malaysia seeks a Brand Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the brand function. The role includes managing system uploads, documentation, and coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of brand-related processes.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of purchase order processes and party coordination.
• Experience with data entry in business systems with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with FMCG, retail, or brand management environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and upload Sales Condition and follow-through based on approval tier.
• Prepare and upload FDR and follow-through based on approval tier.
• PR Code Creations (SG) / Tagging Code (MY).
• Prepare PPM pricing; PM to upload.
• TMY & BOM Code set-up and follow-through.
• Raise PO in MY Market and approval follow-up, dealing with vendors (quotation and invoice).
• Raising of PO via Supplycart for rental.
• Manage replies with Accenture on queries regarding PO matching; PO management.
• Update Shopping Cart & PO Number in PPP.
• Submit and follow-up sampling/new launch registration info to regulatory.
• Process market return.
• Monitor and track shipments for PLV, VM, etc., and update value to GR monthly.
• Prepare material and assets for ds.com.
