Job summary

Pinpoint Asia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing and Branding Associate with 5+ years of experience to build a premium brand identity, plan flawless events, and manage our digital presence in the APAC region.

You will work with external designers, craft high‑quality pitches and materials, source premium corporate gifts, and collaborate with our sales team and senior management to elevate our reputation among clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing, brand, or event management in B2B or professional services.
• Fluency in English; Cantonese preferred.
• Willingness to travel across APAC.
• Proficient in Canva for asset creation.
• Experience updating websites (CMS) and SEO would be an asset.
• Strong collaboration with vendors, sales and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Guard and shape Pinpoint Asia's premium brand across touchpoints.
• Create marketing graphics and collaborate with external designers.
• Produce sales materials and client pitches.
• Source and design corporate gifts for premium clients.
• Manage corporate events from planning to execution.
• Coordinate regional exhibitions and travel across APAC.
• Own website content, SEO, and social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram).
