Job summary

Kantar Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Consultant to manage client accounts daily, drive meaningful impact, and serve as the primary interface between Kantar and our clients.

You will lead client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, and the preparation of presentations and reports, while also taking on people management and driving broader initiatives to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of quantitative research and insights experience.
• Background in brand health tracking/brand guidance.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships and day-to-day project delivery.
• Delivering analysis to generate insights and inform decisions.
• Preparing presentations and reports for clients.
• Coaching and mentoring team members and supporting performance initiatives.
