Job summary

Kantar Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Consultant to manage client accounts daily, drive meaningful impact, and serve as the primary interface between Kantar and our clients.

You will lead client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, and the preparation of presentations and reports, while also taking on people management and driving broader initiatives to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of quantitative research and insights experience.
• Background in brand health tracking/brand guidance.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships and day-to-day project delivery.

Job description

The primary responsibility of the Senior Consultant is to manage accounts on a day-to-day basis and effectively contribute to the efficiency of the business unit. They will also be responsible for creating meaningful impact on our client’s businesses and as a key interface between Kantar and our clients.

The role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving preparation and delivery of presentations and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as people management and the implementation of broader business initiatives to improve business performance management.

Role Requirements

• Over 6 years proven experience in quantitative research and insights with a good background/experience in brand health tracking/ brand guidance work

• Proven track record to handle multiple workstreams and projects at the same time
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Has a passion for discovering stories and patterns hidden in datasets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with partners of all levels
