Job summary

YouTrip is seeking a Content & Brand Lead in Petaling Jaya to shape our brand narrative and own the content strategy across social, website, blogs, EDM, in-app, and campaigns. You’ll translate business priorities into engaging content, drive SEO-focused website content, and coordinate with Product, Data, and regional teams.

Ideal candidates will be strong writers, fluent in digital trends, and comfortable using marketing tools and CMS to optimise performance and conversions.

• Experience building brand narratives across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape YouTrip's brand and content strategy across channels.
• Lead content ecosystem: social, website, blogs, EDM, in-app, and campaigns.
• Develop content roadmap aligning with priorities and product features.
• Drive social media strategy, planning, and engagement.
• Plan website/blog content with SEO-led articles and explainers.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Support, and regional teams.
• Measure brand/content performance and optimise campaigns.
