Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad is seeking a customer-focused front desk professional in Malaysia to greet customers and direct them to the appropriate executives. You will also handle telephone inquiries, monitor test drives, and contribute to CSI and CRM activities as part of daily operations.

The role requires a friendly, presentable personality with strong English communication skills and the ability to work on rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management or similar discipline.
• Experience in front-line roles; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to converse in English.

JOB REQUIREMENTS::

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in any discipline preferably in Hospitality/ Hotel Management or similar disciplines
• Possess some working experience in front-line (Front-desk/ Customer facing) ie from retail or hotel industries preferred. Fresh graduates, are encouraged to apply.
• Pleasant outlook & personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conversation English.
• Candidates MUST be able to work on rotated weekends including Public Holiday – Shifts may start as early as 8.00am and ended as late as 7.00pm (depending on assigned shifts)
