PMG HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. seeks a Project Lead to drive New Store & M&A opening campaigns in Kuala Lumpur, coordinating with teammates to boost footfall and hit initial sales targets during grand openings.

You will execute sales-driven retail events, manage budgets, supplier sourcing, and on-ground logistics, while collaborating with designers and the warehouse to localize POSM in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin for all branches. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Trilingual proficiency (Read, Listen, and Write in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin) to accurately localize POSM content.

Responsabilités

• Lead New Store & M&A opening campaigns as the designated Project Lead.
• Coordinate with supporting teammates to ensure footflow and achieve initial sales targets during grand openings.
• Execute sales-driven retail events, such as Member Days and offline brand campaigns, with end-to-end budget planning, supplier sourcing and logistics.
• Analyze and present event post-mortems, consolidate sales and traffic data, and present ROI insights using professional slides.
