Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing or Category Management preferred.
• Experience in Pharma/FMCG/Healthcare is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage trade marketing plans across Sunway Multicare Pharmacy to drive store traffic, sales, basket size and shopper engagement.
• Develop and execute trade and shopper activations including contests, roadshows, sampling and new product launches.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure effective planning and timely execution.
• Manage budgets and A&P support in line with targets.
• Coordinate with Area/Outlet Managers to implement campaigns across outlets.
• Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
