Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, Branch Support Admin to assist loan processing and branch operations. You will handle administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination with financial partners to ensure smooth car sales and ownership processes.

The role requires 1–2 years in Sales Admin within the automotive sector, good communication, and teamwork. Collaboration with branches and dealers is key to success.

Qualifications

• Preferably Certificate/ Diploma / Degree in any discipline or SPM/ O-Level with relevant experience.
• At least 1–2 years working experience in Sales Admin in the automotive industry.
• Good in communication skills and teamwork.
• Good connections with financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Coordinate with external parties, support sales ground operations, maintain retail and environment outlook, manage documents and verification tasks.
• Inventory Management: Manage retail car keys and stock measurement, monitor key control.
• Documentation Support: Collect, verify, and store documents; prepare and upload dealer collection documents; assist cheque handling and bank transfers.
