Job summary

Carsome is seeking an Executive, Branch Support Admin to assist loan processing and customer queries. You will coordinate with external parties, support sales operations, and manage documents and payments across branches.

The role also covers inventory and documentation support, requiring 1–2 years in Sales Admin in the automotive field and strong communication skills. Banking liaison experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Preferably Certificate/ Diploma / Degree in any disciplines or SPM/ O-Level with relevant experience.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in Sales Admin in the automotive industry.
• Good in communication skills & teamwork.
• Good connections with financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Coordinate with external parties, support ground operations, maintain retail and environment outlook, manage documents and payments.
• Inventory Management: Manage retail car keys, monitor stock measurement.
• Documentation Support: Collect, verify, and store documents, upload dealer collection documents and vehicle documents, assist cheque handling and bank transfers.
