Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, and providing guidance, direction, and assistance, as well as basic servicing requests.
• Supports activities towards maximizing revenues, product initiatives, sales, customer satisfaction, and minimizing operational losses, in addition to deepening existing relationships and minimizing customer attrition.
