Job summary

Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Branch Sales Executive to drive branch and agency sales performance, recruitment, activation, and field support across assigned agencies. You will closely collaborate with BSM/RSM and Agency Leaders to translate regional campaigns into tangible branch initiatives and measurable manpower outcomes.

The role emphasizes performance monitoring, coaching, and strategic development of agencies, with hands-on field engagement and regular performance

Qualifications

Experience in sales and agency management in the insurance sector preferred.
Strong stakeholder management with agency leaders and sales teams.
Ability to translate campaigns into branch-level actions and drive execution.

Responsibilities

Own branch/agency sales targets and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
Conduct regular business reviews with agency leaders on production, recruitment and activity.
Drive recruitment and activation of new agents; monitor progress and intervene as needed.
Analyze agent performance and collaborate with leadership on coaching and development.
Identify growth opportunities and support agencies to expand prospecting and referrals.
Translate campaigns into actionable branch initiatives and track outcomes.
