GT-MAX MOTORS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a capable Branch Manager to lead showroom operations and drive monthly sales targets. You will supervise a team, maintain branch facilities, ensure SOP compliance and handle customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels.

You will provide regular performance updates to management and play a key role in shaping branch success within Selangor. This role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a dynamic automotive group.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail operations, sales or branch management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Lead, supervise and motivate team members to achieve targets.
• Ensure the showroom, facilities and overall branch are well-maintained.
• Ensure all employees comply with company SOPs and policies.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular branch performance reports to management.
