Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in branch operations, retail management, or facility operations, with at least 2 years in leadership/supervisory roles.

• Solid understanding of operational risk management, compliance, and financial budgeting.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Manage branch inventory, facility maintenance, procurement, and vendor relations.

• Prepare operational reports for upper management.

2. Team Leadership & Talent Management

• Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff.

• Conduct hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.

3. Compliance, Risk & Security

• Enforce compliance with company policies, local labor laws, industry regulations, and safety standards.

• Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to safeguard physical and financial assets.

• Manage emergency protocols, loss prevention measures, and security procedures for the branch.

• Assist in preparing annual branch operating budgets and manage expenses to ensure profitability.

• Oversee petty cash management, audit logs, and reconciliation processes.
