Qualifications

• A recognised degree is required.
• Strong people management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure adherence to guidelines and controls.
• Review transactions and monitor for potential AML breaches.
• Approve account openings and ensure documentation compliance.
• Maintain records for audit and regulatory purposes and enforce dual controls.
• Ensure branch assets, cash handling and security measures operate effectively.
• Support sales staff with policy guidance and maintain service quality.
