Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad in Rawang seeks a Service & Operations Executive (Branch Operations) to handle day-to-day branch transactions and ensure service quality in line with the bank's strategic objectives.

You will serve as Chief Cashier/Relief Chief Cashier, manage daily cash holdings, balancing, SST loading, and assist with first-line resolution of inquiries and complaints; you may relieve the Service & Operations Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in banking, finance or related field

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day branch transactions and ensure service quality in line with bank objectives.
• Act as Chief Cashier/Relief Chief Cashier to manage cash holdings, balancing, SST loading.
