Job summary

Metro Security Services Sdn Bhd is looking for a Branch Manager to drive new business for the Kedah branch, oversee daily workflows of security staff, and implement security protocols across facilities and information systems. The role requires leadership in reporting, quality service delivery, and recruitment of guards to meet branch targets.

• Responsible to bring new businesses for branch by doing continues
• Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff
• Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for all assigned facility and information systems.
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports on overall work progress ,maintain and make sure the quality of service to ensure the satisfaction of customer.
• Handle and manage the branch operational matters, attendance and perfomance of operation team.
• Manage guard availabilty and perform recruitment as required.
• Male : 30 to 50 years old
