Job summary

Encore Melaka is an internationally acclaimed arts and performance centre in Melaka, Malaysia. This role assists the box office withTicket sales over the counter, handles enquiries by phone/WhatsApp/email, and supports theatre operations as an usher.

You will also assist the supervisor with duties in the box office and operations department, helping ensure smooth performances and a welcoming guest experience at the heart of Melaka's cultural scene.

Responsibilities

• Assist box office in ticket sales (cashiering over the counter).
• Handle enquiry via phone (call/whatsapp/sms) via email.
• Assist operation inside theater (ushering).
• Assist supervisor in work related with box office and operation department.
