Job summary

FOONG LEE SAWI MINYAK SDN. BHD. is seeking a Boilerman Grade 1-qualified individual to operate boiler and steam turbine systems at a palm oil mill in Sungai Siput, Perak.

The role includes assisting during DOSH inspections and supervising firemen, with duties to maintain logs and follow safety standards. Candidate must be able to work on shifts and long hours, and languages required are Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid Boilerman Grade 1 certificate.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to work on shift/long hours basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate boiler and steam turbine systems safely and efficiently.
• Assist steam engineer during DOSH inspections and service.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of boiler and turbine operations.
• Supervise and provide guidance to fireman.
• Carry out other functions assigned by the engineer/mill manager.
