Pantech Stainless & Alloy Industries Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor, seeks an experienced Boiler Operator to operate and monitor the steam boiler plant. You will perform daily checks on boiler related valves and fittings, carry out teardown and maintenance, and prepare the system for the yearly DOSH inspection, with SPM and Boilerman Grade 2 certification and 2–3 years of boiler control experience.

Perform daily checks on boiler equipmentrelated valves and fittings to ensure all equipment are in good order.

Responsibilities

Operate the steam boiler according to the required operations parameters.
Perform daily checks on boiler equipment related valves and fittings to ensure that all the equipment are running in good order (Total Preventive Maintenance).
Carry out teardown, cleaning and maintenance of the steam boiler in preparation for the yearly inspection from the DOSH.
