Job summary

Kerry in Pasir Gudang, Johor seeks a Boilerman to support plant maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. You will operate and monitor steam boilers, perform routine inspections, and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient utility supply.

Key duties include water treatment, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety, GMP, and ISO standards while working on shift. Experience in the process industry and DOSH certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Steam Boiler Operator DOSH Grade 1 certificate.
• Proven boiler maintenance and operations experience.
• Willingness to work on shift schedules.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain steam boilers to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Conduct routine inspection of boiler systems, steam lines, valves, pumps, and associated equipment.
• Monitor boiler water quality and perform water treatment activities as required.
• Carry out boiler blowdown activities according to operating procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel for major repairs and record boiler operating parameters.
