Job summary

Pantech Corporation Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Malaysia seeks a hands-on Boiler Operator to manage daily steam boiler operations and routine maintenance. You will oversee valve and fitting checks, recordings, and prepare for annual DOSH inspections.

Qualifications

• Healthy candidate with SPM credit and boilerman certificate (Grade 1 or 2).
• 2–3 years of experience in boiler operation and control.

Responsibilities

• Operate the steam boiler according to prescribed parameters.
• Daily checks on boiler valves and fittings to ensure proper operation.
• Carry out teardown, cleaning and maintenance in preparation for the yearly DOSH inspection.

Job description

• Operate steam boiler to spec; run daily checks on valves/fittings; perform teardown, cleaning and maintenance.
• Own annual teardown and DOSH inspection prep, hands-on impact!
• Operate the steam boiler according to the required operations parameters.
• To perform daily checks on a boiler equipment related valves and fitting to ensure that all the equipments are running in good order (Total Preventive Maintenance).
• To carry out the teardown, cleaning and maintenance of the steam boiler in preparation for the yearly inspection from the DOSH.

• Candidate must a healthy man.
• Candidate must have at least credit in SPM and boilerman certificate in grad 2 or grad 1.
• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in controlling boiler engine.
