Job summary

Pantech Stainless & Alloy Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Boiler Operator to manage steam boiler operations and daily maintenance. The role requires attention to operating parameters, adherence to safety procedures, and routine checks to keep equipment in optimal condition.

You will perform teardown, cleaning and preventive maintenance ahead of the annual DOSH inspection, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safe operation at all times.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a healthy man.
• At least credit in SPM and boilerman certificate Grad 2 or Grad 1.
• 2–3 years’ experience in controlling boiler engine.

Responsibilities

• Operate the steam boiler according to required operations parameters.
• Perform daily checks on boiler equipment-related valves and fittings to ensure all equipment runs in good order (Total Preventive Maintenance).
• Carry out teardown, cleaning and maintenance of the steam boiler in preparation for the yearly inspection from the DOSH.
