Job summary

Enco Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a Boiler Project Manager to oversee boiler installation, maintenance and repair projects. You will lead detailed planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality boiler systems on time and within scope.

The role requires strong project management, organizational and leadership skills, with travel to project sites as needed. A PMP certification is a plus and MS Project proficiency is expected.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for boiler-related projects
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth execution of the project
• Set clear project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project financials and report on any variations from the budget
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services
• Lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and field technicians

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing boiler projects, civil and construction projects or related industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of boiler systems, installation, and maintenance processes
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to project sites as required
• Ability to work in a field environment and navigate construction sites
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
