Job summary

Enco Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a Boiler Project Manager to oversee boiler installation, maintenance and repair projects. You will lead detailed planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality boiler systems on time and within scope.

The role requires strong project management, organizational and leadership skills, with travel to project sites as needed. A PMP certification is a plus and MS Project proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading boiler, civil or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of boiler systems and services.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Effective communication with engineers, contractors and clients.
• Proven budget planning and cost-control skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for boiler-related projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for smooth execution.
• Set clear project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the lifecycle.
• Track project financials and report variations from the budget.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and technicians.
• Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and risks.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
