Nutrivo Dairy Industry (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Melaka is seeking an experienced Boiler Operator to join our manufacturing operations.

This full-time, on-site role is essential for operating steam generation and distribution systems to support dairy production while upholding food safety and quality standards. You will monitor boiler performance, perform routine maintenance, log activities, and respond to any faults or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Boilerman Grade 1 & Grade 2 certificate (DOSH) required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on boiler operation experience in manufacturing or dairy setting.
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and ability to work shifts.
• Able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Masjid Tanah in Malacca.

About the role

Nutrivo Dairy Industry (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Boiler Operator to join our manufacturing operations team in Melaka. This is a full-time position based on-site at our dairy production facility. The Boiler Operator plays a critical role in maintaining and operating the steam generation and distribution systems that are essential to our dairy manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal boiler performance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency to support our production objectives and maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems, including steam generators and associated equipment, ensuring they function within specified parameters and safety regulations
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections and servicing of boiler equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan
• Monitor water quality, pressure levels, temperature and fuel consumption, making necessary adjustments to optimise performance
• Conduct daily safety checks and maintain detailed logs of boiler operations, maintenance activities and any incidents or anomalies
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions or emergency situations, implementing corrective actions and liaising with maintenance teams as required
• Ensure compliance with boiler safety regulations, environmental standards and company operational procedures at all times
• Perform cleaning and descaling operations to maintain boiler efficiency and prevent corrosion
• Assist in completing assigned routine and ad hoc tasks.

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess Boilerman Grade 1 & Grade 2 certificate from DOSH.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience operating and maintaining industrial boiler systems in a manufacturing or dairy production environment will be an added advantage.
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and ability to work shifts if required
• Able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Masjid Tanah in Malacca.
