Job summary

Lianhetech Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Boiler Operator to manage daily boiler operations and ensure a stable steam supply for production. You will follow SOPs, monitor critical parameters, and maintain logs to support plant efficiency.

The role requires a technical background in engineering and at least 2 years of boiler operation experience; forklift qualification is a plus. This on-site position is based in Malaysia's Johor region.

Qualifications

• College degree or above or vocational education in chemical engineering/ mechanical engineering/ electrical engineering/ thermal energy and power engineering (including technical education).
• At least 2 years operation experience with boiler equipment.
• Steam boiler qualification required; forklift qualification preferable.

Responsibilities

• Master the SOP for operating boiler-related equipment and ensure continuous steam supply for production activities.
• Operate the feed water filtration system to ensure stable feed water quality for the boiler.
• Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water level, and other parameters within safe operating limits.
• Assist in troubleshooting boiler faults and report alarms or abnormal situations to the boiler supervisor.
• Carry out daily maintenance of boiler body, condenser, water treatment equipment and other auxiliaries.

Job description

Master the SOP for operating boiler-related equipment, maintain the daily operation of the boiler system, accurately complete operational logs and ensure continuous steam supply for production activities.

Operate the feed water filtration system reasonably to ensure the stability of the feed water quality for the boiler.

Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water level, etc., to ensure all parameters are within safe operating limits.

Assist in troubleshooting boiler faults. If there are any alarms or other abnormal situations, report them to the boiler supervisor immediately.

Carry out daily maintenance and upkeep of the boiler body, condenser, water treatment equipment and other auxiliary equipment.

Requirements

College degree or above or having a vocational education background in chemical engineering/mechanical engineering/electrical engineering/thermal energy and power engineering (including technical education).

At least 2-year operation working experience in boiler equipment.

Gain the qualification of steam boiler, those with forklift operation qualifications are preferrable.
