Job summary
Techbond Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Boiler Maintenance Technician to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for boilers and ensure uninterrupted steam supply to production lines.
The role requires 2 years of boiler experience, SPM with Math/Science, and Boiler Grade 1 certification. The incumbent will monitor gas safety, carry out logbook entries, and support quality and safety policies in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- SPM qualification with pass in Mathematics and Science.
- Boiler Grade 1 certification is required.
- At least 2 years of boiler experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for boilers.
- Ensure boilers run and supply steam to process and production without fail.
- Maintain daily boiler performance logbook.
- Perform simple lab testing on resin water filter.
- Dose anti-scaling chemicals to prevent internal scaling and corrosion.
- Monitor Natural Gas station for leaks and safety.
- Oversee boiler overhaul activities and JKKP inspection.
- Follow company safety policies and OSH regulations.
- Comply with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
