Job summary

Copial Corporation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring a Boiler Operator to operate, monitor and maintain boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient production at all times.

You will perform routine inspections, record temperature, pressure and fuel readings, manage fuel supply, report faults and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs. Shifts including weekends and public holidays may be required to support continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of boiler systems and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting of boiler equipment
• Record temperature, pressure, and fuel consumption readings regularly
• Ensure sufficient fuel supply and proper combustion process
• Identify and report any faults, leaks or abnormalities immediately
• Carry out minor repairs and coordinate with maintenance team for major issues
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the boiler room
• Comply with all safety regulations, company policies and environmental standards
