Job summary

Farm’s Best Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Masjid Tanah, Melaka, seeks a Boiler Technician to operate and maintain boiler systems, ensuring a stable steam supply for production. The role requires relevant certifications and 3+ years of manufacturing experience.

You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and respond to boiler breakdowns promptly while supporting annual inspections and spare parts management. Willingness to work shifts in Masjid Tanah is essential.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical or related field required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Boilerman Grade 1 & Grade 2 certificates issued by DOSH.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boiler equipment to ensure a steady steam supply for production.
• Monitor boiler operation data, safety, and compliance with factory and machinery act.
• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers.
• Attend boiler breakdowns promptly and perform repairs.
• Prepare for annual boiler inspections by authorities.
• Assist in monitoring boiler spare parts purchasing.
• Make minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Support other order and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
