Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for a 6-month contract, with a hybrid work pattern (2 days on site) based in Shah Alam, Selangor. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding across functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, craft effective sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning with local regulations and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in multinational, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, pharma or tech environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple job functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, particularly via LinkedIn and online platforms.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, profiles and talent needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and competency assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback and decision making.
• Support offer management, salary negotiation and pre-employment processes.
• Monitor recruitment progress, timelines and key metrics.
• Provide updates and recruitment insights to hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
