Job summary

PYS SYSTEMFORMS SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Revit Drafter to develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and produce drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. You will align with project requirements and BIM standards while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires 1-3 years of Revit experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and a solid understanding of BIM workflows. ISO 19650 familiarity is a plus, and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Revit Drafter.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings per project requirements.
• Produce construction documents: floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules.
• Coordinate BIM with architects, structural and MEP engineers and stakeholders.
• Ensure drawings comply with BIM standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Manage Revit families, templates, and project libraries.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and extract project data from BIM models.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and support BIM team.
