Job summary

IAQ Energy Facility Management Sdn. Bhd. seeks a BIM Engineer to create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical models in Revit and related BIM software.

You will ensure models meet BIM Execution Plan standards and project workflow criteria on construction sites in Penang. You will collaborate across disciplines, manage BIM technology implementation, deliver quality outputs, and communicate model changes to the project team.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience in construction with hands-on Revit BIM.
• Willing to travel and station at project site.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models.
• Ensure the model aligns with BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines on design changes and model updates.
• Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects.
• Communicate changes in BIM models effectively to the project team.

• Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models;
• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria;
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/ and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes;
• Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects;
• Understand and ensure any changes in BIM Models are effectively communicated to project team

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 1 years working experience in the construction industry with hands on experience in Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software;
• High level of integrity drives and result oriented;
• Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines;
• Ability to multi task, working on several projects at any one time;Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Willing to travel and station at project site.
