Job summary

HEB Group is seeking a BIM modelling professional to provide and update discipline models, ensuring model integrity through project delivery and coordinating clash analyses. The role involves supporting the preparation and updating of design and construction drawings based on coordination reports.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in an engineering-related field with 1–2 years of BIM experience and strong skills in Civil3D or similar BIM software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, BIM, or related discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling
• Proficient in Civil3D and/or relevant BIM software
• Basic knowledge of BIM modelling, clash detection, and model coordination
• Experience in preparing and updating design and construction drawings
• Able to update models and drawings based on coordination reports and clash analysis
• Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or infrastructure projects is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide and update each discipline model from time to time
• Ensure the accountability and integrity of the continuous model throughout the implementation of the project
• Perform clash analysis at the discipline level
• Assist in preparing design and construction drawings
• Update and amend design and construction drawings based on design coordination reports and clash analysis
