Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a BIM professional to coordinate and lead BIM collaboration and clash detection during design and construction, aligning with resources, timelines and client requirements.

You will implement BIM execution plans, ensure standards are met, and prepare detailed shop drawings for architecture and structure, using Revit, Twinmotion, and Lumion to support design progress.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture.
• At least 4 years of local BIM implementation experience for architecture, structural, or M&E projects.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 workflows and BIM modelling standards.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIM execution plans and digital workflows for collaboration across disciplines.
• Ensure BIM models comply with BIM standards and accessible data for participants.
• Prepare standard architectural and structural shop drawings.
