Job summary

BIM Construct Solution is seeking a BIM Modeler for a contract, on-site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur. You will create, develop and refine BIM models for architecture, structure and MEP using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and coordination with project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong BIM workflows, 3D modeling and MEP integration experience to support coordination across project teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM workflows.
• Model development skills as a Modeler, including 3D modeling and coordination.
• Experience with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and integration.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and refine BIM models for architecture, structure and MEP using Autodesk Revit and related software.
• Coordinate BIM models with project requirements and other disciplines to ensure accuracy.
