Job summary

SRS Consortium Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to develop and manage high-quality 3D models and extract accurate 2D documentation.

You will ensure assets comply with project standards and support design, construction, and operation phases of the building lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining BIM models, coordinating across disciplines, running clash analysis, and generating drawings and schedules from BIM data.

Qualifications

• Advanced BIM software skills in Revit and Navisworks.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM model authoring software.
• In depth knowledge of BIM concepts and standards (ISO19650).
• In depth knowledge of BIM coordination processes.
• Construction industry knowledge across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain 3D BIM models across disciplines.
• Coordinate across disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure BEP compliance.
• Validate drawings and models against project standards.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.
• Apply AI tools to automate tasks and optimise workflows.
• Adhere to Quality, Safety & Health and Environmental requirements.
