Job summary

SRS Consortium Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to develop and manage high-quality 3D models and extract accurate 2D documentation.

You will ensure assets comply with project standards and support design, construction, and operation phases of the building lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining BIM models, coordinating across disciplines, running clash analysis, and generating drawings and schedules from BIM data.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain 3D BIM models across disciplines.

Role Description

To develop, manage, and coordinate high-quality 3D digital models and extraction of 2D documentation. Ensure that all digital assets adhere to project standards and provide accurate data for the design, construction, and operational phases of the building lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models.
• Attribute elements with precise data to support 3D, 4D, 5D.
• Run clash analysis to identify and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts before site execution.
• Responsible for managing the overall project modelling strategies and BIM output through all delivery stages of the project.
• Responsible for organizing and directing the coordination across disciplines.
• Check and validate drawings/models output.
• Generate accurate 2D drawings, schedules and quantity take offs directly from the BIM model.
• Ensure all models follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and the latest ISO19650 protocols.
• Ability to work at a fast-paced pace.
• Actively utilise AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and digitalise workflows, consistently identifying opportunities to improve daily productivity while participating in upskilling initiatives to advance AI capabilities.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.
