Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to consolidate and manage high-quality 3D models and 2D documentation across design, construction, and operation stages of the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordinating disciplines, running clash analysis, ensuring BEP/ISO19650 compliance, and driving AI-enabled productivity while upholding Quality, Safety and Environment standards.

Qualifications

Advanced BIM concepts and standards knowledge (ISO19650).
Strong ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines within BIM workflows.
Experience with BIM coordination processes and project delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain detailed 3D models.
Attribute elements with precise data to support 3D, 4D, 5D.
Run clash analysis to identify and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts before site execution.
Manage BIM output through all delivery stages of the project.
Coordinate across disciplines and ensure alignment with BEP and ISO19650.
Check and validate drawings/models output from BIM models.
Generate 2D drawings, schedules and take-offs from BIM models.
Utilise AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
Adhere to Quality, Safety & Environment standards.
