Job summary

Projek Teknologi 6D in Malaysia seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead modeling, coordination, and documentation across projects in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore. You will manage BIM workflows, clash detection, and team guidance, using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD to produce shop drawings and as-built documents.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with at least four years as a BIM Modeller is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in construction or engineering.
• Proficient in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in model creation and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination, data exchange, and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders.
• Prepare technical drawings and coordinate CSD drawings and documentation.
• Utilize BIM for creation of shop drawings and related documents.
• Produce and review construction shop drawings and as-built documents.
• Coordinate and communicate with construction project stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, processes, and templates across projects.
• Manage BIM team activities, including model coordination and clash detection.
• Conduct training and provide guidance to project teams on BIM tools.
