Job summary

S PRO GLOBAL SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking a BIM Drafter to prepare and coordinate BIM models and technical drawings for security systems projects in Malaysia. You will use Revit and AutoCAD to create layouts, placements, and routing drawings while coordinating with project teams and ensuring version control.

Candidate should read drawings accurately, manage revisions, resolve clashes, and support documentation and submissions with attention to deadlines and quality.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with BIM modelling and drafting workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Intercom Systems, or related security technologies is an added advantage.

Incorporate design revisions and updates into BIM models and drawings.
