Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a BIM Modeler to create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary, Pipe and Electrical models in Revit. The role requires a degree or diploma in Mechanical/HVAC/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years in the construction industry, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

You will ensure models align with the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria, collaborating with disciplines and coordinating design changes across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit and related BIM software.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models.
• Ensure the model aligns with BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/ and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes.
• Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects.
• Understand and ensure any changes in BIM Models are effectively communicated to project teams.
