Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a BIM Drafter to perform 3D BIM drafting tasks, modelling as per design intent and construction specs, and provide design support using Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360. You will follow BIM standards and assist the team under supervision, delivering quality results within set deadlines.

The role requires a minimum architecture/BIM diploma or degree, strong software competency, and a collaborative, discreet work approach. On-site work in Malaysia is expected.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum diploma or degree in Architecture, BIM, or closely related fields.
• Ability to handle drawings independently and with confidentiality.
• Team-oriented with proactive work approach.

Responsibilities

• Performs 3D BIM drafting assignments under minimal supervision.
• Models all elements per design intent and construction specs.
• Provides design support through BIM modeling and content standards.
• Follows BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Reports to manager/coordinator and completes tasks within deadlines.
